Last month Team Gravity officially unveiled our newest Echo Arena team line up with the addition of three new faces: Sim3n, Alppuccino, and Louie. They have joined forces with established Team Captain and Team Gravity OG Viatrex to begin practicing and competing as an already formidable force.
Simen ‘Sim3n’ Langedrag —our only non UK player hailing from Norway—is sixteen years old and started playing Arena in January of this year after receiving his Oculus for Christmas in 2018 and dabbling in Beat Saber for a bit. He will be filling the Striker role.
Both Alex ‘Alppuccino’ Hodson and Louis ‘Louie’ McCracken are from the UK. Louie—another striker—is from England and also began playing the game in January of 2019 after trying Beat Saber while Alppuccino began a bit earlier in late 2018. He was introduced to VR by a long-time friend and fellow Team Gravity member, TutorialBot. As such, his first VR game—unlike our other new members—was actually Echo Arena; however, he does enjoy other titles in his freetime, Beat Saber included. Alppuccino will be taking over the position of Goalkeeper. All three play on the Oculus Rift.

"It doesn't matter if you lose - practice makes perfect and we learn from losses!"
Sim3n
"If you want to play competitive VR it’s not to late to start practicing now. Me and Louis started almost 1.5 year after the other pros. A lot of new players think it’s too late now since everyone else is so good, but that’s not true."
Louie
"Although everyone says this, and it's easier said then done: Practice, Practice, Practice .
